OverviewWater alone has limited cleaning capability, but ultrasonic cleaning solution contains various powerful ingredients that help to break the bonds between dirt and those part you need to clean, optimizing the ultrasonic cleaning process.
APPLICATIONS
- Laboratories
Degas liquid, sample preparation, cleaning of cuvette, test tube, pipette, optical & contact lenses, scientific instruments.
- Industries
Remove soil, oil, grease from components, semi-finished product,. Also end items of different industry fields such as PC boards, HD glass plate, gears, bearings, switches, ceramic substrates, quartz crystal.
- Medical
Helps with sterilization of medical tools such as syringe parts, cannulas, surgical and dental instruments, caps, dentures.
CONCENTRATED CLEANING SOLUTIONS
Three (3) kinds of concentrated cleaning formulas are available. All of them are biodegradable, phosphate & caustic free and friendly to our environment.
- General Purpose (GP)
Removes soil, fingerprints, dust & light oils.
- Optical Cleaner (OC)
Specially formulated to remove general soils, fingerprints, cerium oxide, blocking waxes from optical lenses and polishing compounds from glass & optical surfaces prior to deposition of a coating.
- Metal Cleaner (MC)
Removes oils, greases and a variety of soils from ferrous metals, steel alloys, titanium alloys, copper alloys and stainless steel (not recommended for aluminum or aluminum alloys).
DesignThe mechanism by which ultrasonic cleaning works is called cavitation. This process is caused by the rapid formation and collapse of vapour bubbles of a flowing liquid, which is produced by alternating low and high pressure waves generated by high frequency sound (ultrasound).
